Refusal to grant bonus points

Upon getting a credit card request having a 50,000 stage reward present, I delivered a software and applied my card. I consequently named twice to ask about the reward details and was informed both occasions they'd be acknowledged to my consideration in a couple weeks.

Today I had been informed I'd overlooked to incorporate a registry amount with my software and so I had been not permitted get the reward. I objected to being punished due to a basic clerical error your consultant was adament, requiring this may not be solved.
