This company took over $2,600.00 from my mother-in-law to lower her loan payments by modifying her home loan. After a year of supplying an almost endless amount of documents and listening to one excuse after another as to why nothing was getting done, the company has now seemed to disappear.
Bank of America has now sold the loan to another lender and I am struggling to find a way to get her money back. The phone numbers are now longer in service and I have been unable to contact ANY at the firm.
Mr. Pfirrman is either a fraud, totally incompetent, or more than likely, both.
