Stole money out of my credit card

I registered aside of the enrollment, and entering my creditcard data was the final procedure

After i observed 199.99 was drawn out-of my charge card without my authorization,

I've sent and not got any responces back

I study online there are comparable grievances, and that I think the website ought to be turn off or atleast obtain a reimbursement but i dont understand how to start.
