AT &T Universal Card
AT&T Universal Card Sending pre-approved credit card to person who does not reside here

The company has sent a pre-approved application to our home of my husbands ex-wife who has never lived here in the state of Florida. Her income is limited and she does not have a good credit background. I am concerned this will effect my excellent credit rating. I am concerned that this company will sell there customer list which will only complicate this problem.
