I already had a credit card with TJX and paid my account regularly every month. Never had a problem until one day I received a notice from this bank that I was two months in the rears and had been put in for collection. I was shocked and upon checking, found my bill had not been paid. I immediately sent the money and cancelled my account. This was about a year ago. I applied again and upon talking with one of the employees at the store was informed that about the time this happened to me the company was in the process of changing banks and that my payment had probably gone arye. I have just neen informed they will not approve my new request because of non-payment before—REALY!!! And it was their fault. From all the other consumer complaintss I've read this company sucks and needs to be shut down because they are totally incompetent and ruin people's credit ratings.
