Western Union Gift Card Western Union Gift Card Takes the Money but Does Not Deliver the Card!

I ordered a prepaid gift card from Western Union for my daughter's birthday on 8/3. I went online, paid for the card, filled out the birthday card and was charged $105 - $100 for the prepaid card to be sent to my daugher and a $5 transaction fee. It was promised to be shipped by first class mail. When my daughter called me to tell me she still hadn't received it on 8/14, I decided to call the customer service number included with the email, 866-953-6490 and confirmation number. The lady on the phone stated she needed my social security number to look it up - that alarmed me and I insisted I had a confirmation number. She gave me another number 1-800-325-6000 to call and after being transferred 4 times back and forth between departments, no one seems to know what is going on or how to check on it. I even had one customer service rep say "well sir, we have too many departments" when I complained about being transferred back and forth.
