I need as many volunteers as possible willing to join me in a class action against Ocwen. I know there are several around the country at this time, but I have found an attorney locally in Coral Gables who has no conflict in representing a class from South Florida. If your loan was purchased by Ocwen (especially those which were serviced by HUD until 1997), we want you to contact us through this website. I will check your postings, and if enough interest is available, we can proceed. We will probably be bunched in together with Kweku Hansen's lawsuit, but at least we'll have a voice. And please believe me — I lost my house on Valentine's Day. My marriage broke up. My children have left. I've been on the verge of suicide more than once in the 6 years I dealt with this nightmare with this company. It's time they paid dearly for the anguish, pain, suffering, humiliation, embarrassment and financial losses they have caused working people around the country. Join me!
