This company would not show their financial reporting to a prospective, well known investment company due to corrupt practices and handling of funds.

The founder paid the employees weeks late and withheld 401K contributions on a monthly basis. Out of the 30 employees that worked there, only half of these people remained within a year.

Most people voluntarily gave their 2 weeks notice. One person was fired because he asked the Founder to explain a creative decision. The founder then verbally abused him and actually said the words "This is insubordination" and fired him on the spot despite his years of good work and friendly rapport with fellow co workers.

Regarding female employees, the founder and co founder continually derided and said disgusting things about women in general.

It is unfortunate these incidents did not get reported because there was no human resources at this start up company.
