Unauthorized deduction from my bank account

I applied for a payday loan, and two days later I noticed a $29.95 deduction from my bqnk account made by mycashguardian.com. LI've seen that this has happened to many people. I called the company and was promised a refund; we'll see if that happens ("5 to 7 days"). Meanwhile, as for so many others, this deduction overdrew my account.
I asked the rep I talked to what sate they are in; she replied "Utah." However, I see from other reports on this company that they may also or instead be in Maryland and/or Ohio (and who knows where else?). They are terribly slippery, taking advantage of people when they're down. If anyone knows where they truly are located, I'd love to know because I would report them to that state's Attorney General. (They will not reimburse the $35 overdraft fee, of course.) What a scam.
