Difficult to deal with!

Our 2-year old needed to visit the IM annuallyapproximately before. He is had Molina through Medicaid since delivery however for some cause, his advantages were ended the month he visited the IM after which reactivated per monthapproximately later... Atleast that's what I had been informed. And so I have now been looking to get Medicaid togo "retroactive" about the statement. Medicaid did nothing to get a year (large shock huh) and that I got so frustrated I delivered a powerful-worded mail towards the Florida Dept. Of Wellness. I obtain a call-back inside an hour! Lastly, the caseworker informs me my boy DID have medicaid when he was within the IM, simply not through Molina. She offered me directions regarding exactly what the companies need to do to be able to receive money (deliver a state towards the nearby medicaid office). Well, among the companies includes a variety company blessed me, it is HRRG. I contact them-and let them know the "excellent" information that my boy did actually have complete medicaid during his $800 IM visit and all-they need to do is publish a state. The woman stated WE CAN NOT DO THIS. This bill has ended annually old and we can not statement anymore. We need this amount paid entirely today. I stated maam pay attention to me, our boy haaaaad insurance!!! I can't do anything about this. Medicaid is telling me the ball is in your court along with the only way you're gonna get paid is if you document a claim together for your outstanding statement. She stated pay attention to me, and listen to me cautiously, i can't sent another statement. This is not anything i composed at this time. We're not going to do something. Have medicaid call us. They have to pay if your son had insurance in those days. Child was I livid. I approached DCF and also the situation staff explained thatis the process & THE PROVIDER MUST SUBMIT A STATE TO BE ABLE TO RECEIVE MONEY. I actually donot actually understand what to complete at this time. Do i really ahve to pay a statement that I actually donot have to pay?!!! And of course a statement I CAN'T pay?!! Simply becuase of HRRGis so-called "guidelines"? Very hard to cope with. And that I believed Medicaid was poor...
