Urgency to act then it is not in your best interest! Say no and do some research - Do Diligence 1st! They are doing everything they can to get your money out of your pocket and into theirs. Saying to yourself " If I just stick with this it will get better" while your instincts are trying to tell you there is something wrong, "get out and get away"! It is not wrong to be vulnerable, don't hate your vulnerability! We all have areas of vulnerability and there are people who are predators - not every one is - and it's our job to take care of ourselves and LISTEN to our instincts. It is ok to change your mind as many times as you want to take care of yourself, if you feel guilt, embarrassed, ashamed, sorry for the person on the other end of the phone you are being made to feel that way by them. That is the job of the predator to get you to side with them and ignore your instincts and remain vulnerable.

This is my recent complaint to this "company" and request for a refund.

I really should have listened to my instincts up front and never gone forward with this program in the first place.

I've had major concerns about the quality of this program starting with the fact that 10hrs a week is not at all enough

I have been unsatisfied with this program and the projections set forth within the 1st 2 weeks of working with it.

Then when Ryan of Success Planning Group said he was glad that I got approved for the balance transfer credit card I got suspicious.

I called my credit card company and asked them if I transfer that $13,635.36 to another credit card do I waive

My rights to dispute the charge and guess what they said? YES not a good plan huh?

I have done due diligence and done some research online regarding this company with all these names and have come up with these links which more than confirm my suspicions about what I've gotten sucked into. I can now imagine having transferred the costs over to another card, lost my ability to dispute the charges and months down the road trying to email or call you or anyone else in your company and discovering you've disappeared. You have my money and I have nothing.

Consider the information in these links and decide for yourself if you think you are working for an ethical, legitimate company?

Very easy to change names and locations when you are all web based so people can't find the new entity.
