Ripoff, chapter 11 bankruptcy, didn't let me know about this or know work on my case for three months

I need help with my tax. I heard a ad on a radio station 101.5 in jacksonville fl. I was thinks it was on to help the commtie on a rip - off. I call and talk with miss jacki and she told me how it work and all the thing i need to do for them to help me. I ageed, i give my accont number and all my paper work. I sent all my tax papers to them by fed-x. 2 week i call to see what was going on i got voice mail box. I lelf a message know one call back. I call aother number nobody to talk to. May, 04 i call i got a voice message tell me that they were close and was not going to be open again they were in bankruptcy.
