Overcharging my account

Business & Finance

Our name is joshua canto and my account supervisor at 247greenstreet is Mark Wright. On June 22nd my bank account was debited 184.47. On july 24th i named greenstreet to ensure anything was completed and my mortgage was compensated entirely and completed with, i spoke with a Joseline on the telephone and multiple ensured my mortgage was compensated entirely and my business with the organization was around, she established anything was compensated as well as let's understand the telephone phone had been documented thus if we'd any issues this phone might be looked back on. On july 25th my bill confirmed that another 184.47 cost was tried to become removed, but because of NSF it wasnt. I dont understand why they experimented with get another cost from me after I am certain that these were currently reduced and along with that I'd to pay for a $35 nsf charge to my lender for that unsuccessful test. I had been named with a Mark Wright from 247greenstreet who i contended with attempting to clarify their error. He called back a couple weeks later stating he examined the telephone documents and discovered the discussion within the telephone documents that my mortgage really was settled entirely. He explained I'd have to submit the official criticism put grievances@247greenstreet.com to be able to have my issue looked after. Rediculous to actually need that of me on the error. I really hope this is actually the correct spot to deliver it. My consideration # is 35051331. This error must be correcred.
