Had homeowners insurance with this company for 18yrs, now they drop us because of a $1,400 claim. Their reason: property is too large

Had insurance with this company for 18 yrs and after submitting in claim in April of this year for wind damage to the tune of $1400 they send us a cancellation notice. Their reason was that our property was now too large to insure.
