Was with Victoria ins. For my car inshurance, I changed my policy and payed off the old policy, aprox 150.00.45 days later i get a notice that i owe 33.29 and i have to pay imediatly, i call to see what the issue was, and am told that my policy was extended (with out my knolege or permission) and the pay off amount had changed AFTER i payed them off. I asked them why it took 45 days to figure that out and contact me, and was told that thats the way they do business. With in a week of the first notice there was a second notice and 3 days a collections letter from www.warningnotice.com. Total scam.
