Atlanta Property Deals Scam, Ponzi Shceme and Rouge Company

One of the owner's of Guided Strategies is a suspected fugitive living in Atlanta. Meghan Bruce has several people looking to prosecute her in California for Loan Modification Fraud. She caused a family to loose their house to foreclosure after advising them not make their payments and instead give her monies for her so called services. Meghan was convicted of fraud in April in California Van Nuys Court. Her conviction is for using a fake id. Most people over the age of 18 do not use fake id's unless they are trying to avoid capture or commit crimes.

She is now a co-owner in an Atlanta based company called Guided Strategies with her live in boy friend Stephen Watson that is a front for a ponzi scheme. She brokers deals with private investors and promises to rehab and sell their properties. The only problem with that is that she does not use all the funds dedicated for the properties to rehab the houses.

Meghan uses the funds to show boat and create an illusion of success. She brow beats the contractors into rehabbing the properties for dangerously low cost and often does not pay them on time or at all. The job sites are riddled with delays due to lack of materials and disgruntled contractors who will not work until she pays for work they did. The homes are often not repaired to code and could endanger it's inhabitants.

Meghan and Guided Strategies is currently being sued for non-payment from a group of disgruntled contractors who has not been paid. Guided Strategies has not paid their employees that they recently laid off and was recently evicted out of their office space for squatting in the space for months. She is a Sociopath and has no regard for her victims, is constantly lying about her evil deeds and will not take responsibility for what she is doing to others.By the time you read this she may have moved to another state to victimize others. She needs to be stopped.
