Horrible, horrible horrible! - Checks - bank

Hours of calls later I still have no checks. They implied for extra money on top of what they charge for normal S&H I can have UPS traceable delivery. This is misleading as their agreement with UPS is to deliver the package to USPS to final delivery to the customer. All tracking says my package was delivered, yet I have nothing. Their shipping methods are completely misleading. After I called, they informed me that I needed to pay for 2 day delivery to actually have UPS deliver the checks, I am still trying to figure out why even say they will be delivered by UPS at all! After making me wait 3 weeks they finally agreed to reprint my checks, which actually meant that even though I paid for custom checks, they were sending me generic blue checks through the same USPS delivery method. I tried so many times to explain to them that USPS is terrible in NYC. Yet when I got the confirm for the second order of reprinted generic checks (not what I ordered), the confirm stated USPS AGAIN!!! When I called the 3rd time (not to mention the hour on the phone with both UPS and USPS), the only thing I heard was "I am sorry ma'am there is nothing I can do". When I questioned why he would say reprint, but they were sending me a generic version of what I ordered and not mention to me that it was a different product, she said the customer service rep is new and he didn't realize! Now it is almost 4 weeks later and I still have NO checks! They were nothing but a waste of time if you ask me! Beware!!
