Took my money and ran

I hired NextStudent Inc. To consolidate my student loans into one monthly payment to make it easier on my. I paid them 599 dollars up front on 2nd March. They told me it would take a few weeks to process.

I waited six weeks and called them they did nothing but lie the whole way through. They refuse to email me. Usually when people rip you off they will not email you so they do not leave in evidence in writing. I tried calling several times they put me on hold and never pick up the line.

I am currently in Afghanistan and I am somewhat limited. Can you please help me?
