Rip off! Scam! Fraud!

I searched all over the internet to find out if this was a scam or not. I could not find anything. I am in great need of money so i am very desperate. I kept looking for bad reviews but they only post good ones. After i put in all my BANK INFORMATION, i regretted it but there is no way to go back. Not even a minute after I placed the application, i got a phone call and they said i could not get money at this time and my application will be on hold! Mind you, on the site it says INSTANT approval. Now i would love to know what they will do with my information, including my SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER!
