Charged $49.90 on my card and I got nothing

I thought I had been purchasing annually of activity loading for $11.65. It billed $49.90 on my card and that I got nothing. It actually turned back towards the cost display attempting to behave like it did not function and also you had a need to place the info in again. I noticed that another person did the same that I did so. Really, very upset about that.
