Delayed Settlement due to PROCESSOR MIS MANAGEMENT

We were provided employment possibility in Memphis Tennessee while residing in Pa. The move division had a connection with two banks among that was WELLS FARGO - therefore we selected Wells because we'd heard about them-and another was an area lender. We're significantly embarrassed with wells fargo mortgage business, our negotiation was pressed from July 28th towards the 29th after which to Friday July 2 because of "processor mismanagement" and recommended we'd be getting a gift-card to offset the expense incurred for that lack of movers / household etc after moving from PA to Memphis - Today we were recommended NO GIFT-CARD could be provided because it was PROCESSOR MISMANAGEMENT??? What? We're so upset at how the corporation who allegedly prides themselves in exemplary customer support today cannot follow-through and provide on the easy gift-card after creating us so much tension in what must have been a happy event!!!
