I also received a form letter from First National Credit with a Aliso Viejo, CA address. Please read that form letter carefully. It does not say you will get a credit card that can be used anywhere. It does say that you will receive a gold card, but that can be any bogus card. This is only one of many types of scams to get your money. If an offer doesn't have a clear detail of what the offer is or how you are to repay and the calculated interest rate or how to report fraud, included with the letter, report it, or throw it away! Not having a phone number available or a web address should be your first clue.
