Global Connected Rip Off - Big scam. He takes your money but delivers nothing

Received letter in mail about a government 7 million dollar slush fund. Asked
for $39.95 for the forms and instructions to implement program, and promised
a compete refund if anything proved untrue. Nothing was ever sent. It is a scam
through and through and he used the US mail in my opinion to commit fraud.
