Our home loan was sold to Ocwen in November - we began receiving late notices in September stating we were behind in our payments by over $13,000, we contacted our attorney and she contacted them to let them know we had filed bankrupcty in October and we were current. They told her our bankrupcty had been dismissed and they were foreclosing. We began receiving certified letters every week, sometimes twice a week - we would call them and fax paperwork to them but to not avail.

They began coming out and taking pictures, even driving down into our yard to get close ups, when approached they would curse at us and tell us it was none of our business or they would make up something like they liked the color of the house and wanted their wife to see it, I called the police a couple times and they questioned them and let them leave saying they were sent by our lender, then one Sunday morning as we prepared for church I heard something at the front door and caught a guy using a set of keys trying to come in (4 vehicles in the driveway) - we reported this but without any help from any one - this past week we caught a guy trying to do an apprasial and several days later a guy showed up to cut the grass, my husband finally got ahold of someone who spoke English and let them know if they sent anyone else to our house someone was going to get shot and he promised they wouldn't but who knows when I might come home to them in my house. Beware of Ocwen.
