Liberty Benefits gold card ripped off

I was promised a gold credit card and a liberty card with a satellite dish and receiver, paid vacaton for 2 to over 15 destinations, a cellular phone and pager, over the phone last year if i was to pay 200.00 (maybe more). The money was deducted directly from my accounti eventually received a package in the mal that contained a Premium card (for their online store with rediculous prices) where you must put half down on an order befor it ships, I received "APPLICATIONS" to apply for a credt card, apply for a cell phone, apply for a vacation where I pay the room tax, food, ride, and 2 booklets. One booklet has the nerve to be labeled "CREDIT REPAIR MANUAL" and the other "YOUR PREMIUM BENEFITS". I have no phone # nor email address nor address where this offer came from. Only the addresses and #'s of the places I apply for these other bull crap things... Please help.
