Evalon us bank what a freaking rip off

Started my new business and needed a credit card processor... Went to my local US Bank in vancouver wa and sat down with there #1 deceptive douchebag... Got suckered into two contracts. 1 with us bank or there lessor and the other with ladco. What a freaking joke $100 bucks a month for something i haven't used and never even set it up. Had it for two weeks not used and wanted out. Went in and he said i would have to pay the remainder off my contract. I said well ill just switch banks and he said they will take all the money from your new account.
Finally I was able to get out of the us bank side after 3 months of fighting but its been a year now and im no longer even in business and im still stuck paying for the "SOFTWARE" that Ive never even used... What a Effing joke... If i could meet the CEO or highest manager. What a sketchy contract. Don't trust anyone. Have a attorney read everything!!
