Harrassing phone calls and repo man knockin on my doo

Customer Portfolio Solutions brokers are extremely rude particularly (Eric) & (Shanice) these two individuals have named quarry and my siblings house requesting my mom who lives in an entirely diverse town and region. They've also went so far as delivering repo guys to the home banging on our doorway on February 14 at 7:09pm on the other hand on May 10.2012 at 9:00am. Searching for my mom or her vehicle. But this is actually the kicker we're nowhere on some of her agreements so just how did they discover us and just why are they harrasing us. So please if anyone out there's working with this and is starting a class action for harassment please let me know i'd like in!!!
