An ambulance bill was denied because of not being filed in a timely manner. The ambulance company sent the bill to the wrong address and then sent the bill to collections because it was returned for being sent to the wrong address. We sent the bill as soon as we were aware of it. It was denied, I have spent much time appealing the denial. The appeals have been denied. I was told I could sue in federal court. Really? SAMBA also denied procedures to get to the bottom of why my husband was losing blood. He ended up having emergency surgery on Christmas Eve... Cancer.
