I made a fraud claim June 28.. The person who assist me over their toll free line told me that I will receive a mail from them in 7 to 10 busiNess days... I didn't receive any. So I made a call again and they send me a paperwork for me to fill up via fax to a certain branch close to my location... Which is materialize as quickly as they say " same day "
But today July 13 I receive a letter from them telling me that my claim is DENIED... I don't need provissionary credit from you guys all I need is justice for my money... I work very hard for my money and i dont want anybody to use my money just like that...
