What a rip off

I requested financing with Wonga British but I couldn’t repay my debt on planned time and so I attempted to contact their customer care and have for extending my payback time. Factor is the fact that I wasn’t in a position to enter contact with anybody since phone-lines were active constantly and despite the fact that they’ve nevertheless charged me to be delayed with cost.
