I received a threating email today from this company, ASC Corp. Case File # 901457, Loan Amount $825.45. That I was being charged for a cash adnvance pay dayt loan that I never received, as I discountiuned the process. This event occured around five months ago, and this is the second complaint i have filed with your agency as to this bougus claim. Wa threatened with civil action within 48 hours! That I must contact them within 48 hours at 1-408-807-0077.
