Talked me into doing a loan against retirement account without noting that you cannot take out full amount, then locked me into a loan with a $400 penalty, then told me "not all 401ks are the same" and then I find out they will not let me borrow the full amount for a conventional loan (20%). So I get fucked with the $400 fee and she gets off like a queen? I don't think that is ethical... She clearly withheld this information until the lock fee was established.
