We had placed an order with Mr. Nicholas Humes about 3 month go to buy Corn Oil from his company thru our sister company in Israel as we did issue an LC to buy 5 125 MT of corn oil... And so far Mr. Humes didn't fallow threw, Mr. Humes is unbelievable with his excuses. After a while we came to a conclusion that he makes his money by making his customers issue LC in which he uses the LC to obtain quick loans from against The issuance of the LC, after his bank receive the LC under his company name, he get facilities to buy money from his bank against the LC that he received in other words he works with our money, and off course he never deliver anything, I have been knowing MR Humes for over 18 month and I couldn't verify one transaction that he did complete.
