Mr. Jack Farmer lied to us and misrepesented the loan. Then after our appraisal check was cash he called to throw the wrench in the loan. Then he said to bad we would not get our money back and when I contacted the Better Bussiness Burue.

He and his boss called me a liar and an person without any common sense. So buyer beware. This company is very shady. We own our own home and have a tax bill to prove it, but have two other people on the deed. We where informed that due to the fact that we owned our own home we would not need to involve the other couple.

But after the appraisal check was cashed we were told that they had to sign the closing papers. Now I think that means they have to be involved, but I guess Mr. Farmer just wanted his cut of the appraisal. The Appraser even said they weren't involved. I want to make sure no one else is taking in by this company.
