Can not stop membership

I came across ToonParodyHD.com which had excellent assortment of old shows was named by site. To be able to get complete use of their information I paid charge that was $4. After I chose to stop my membership anything was okay untill as soon as. It proved to not be possible to get hold of their customer care and so I wasn’t in a position request reimbursement or to stop something.
