Termination gone wrong

I ended my order right after distributing it since I Have discovered another item from last delivery which was nevertheless complete but despite my termination me charged. Nobody responded me back although I sent them detailing scenario and quickly I obtained another container of Nugenics. All reimbursement requests were left unanswered.
