Capital Choice Consumer Credit
Another victim of their scam

I received an application a guaranteed approval for a Capital Choice Consumer Credit card with a credit line of $5,000.00. I sned them a check for $43.00 for a rush delivery. I snet it about 3 weeks ago. Since I have not heard a word from them I thought i would try to call them, no listing for that company in Miami. So I did some checking and found out there has been other people that had applied for the same credit card and never received it. I got riped off! I am so angry, yes I shoould have checked it out a little more, but I didn't. I thougt they were lagit. Is there anything I can do? Please feel free to let me know what I can do about this matter.
