Ripoff

I recently had my credit report pulled because I'm in the process of purchasing a home. Come to find out I have 2 collection accounts for MCI Communications. One is for $98 and the other for $133. I contacted MCI and spoke to 4 different people and was on the phone for 98 minutes total, that includes being on hold one time for up to 40 minutes. They said they no longer have the account and that I need to contact CBCS.

Well I contact CBCS and was asked to verify some info and my account was pulled up and was told that they no longer have the account and has been turned back to MCI. So I call MCI back and was once again on hold for a very long time and was finally connected to somebody who could acctually help me out and said that my account has been sent to Park Dansan Collections. So I call Park Dansan and they tell me that I owe the $98 but don't have any info on any other collection. I gave them some info as to the $133 I also owe to MCI thru CBCS and she told me that they tried to collect the same amount ($98) from me but was unable to and was charging me late fees which came up to $133. To make this short The $133 owed thru CBCS should be no longer existant on my credit report as that money owed is now thru Park Dansan. I contacted CBCS a total of 6 times today just to get some info as to why it is still on my credit report saying I owe them money.

Each person I spoke with became VERY rude and one even called me "stupid" when I asked them to explain what they were doing and that I needed this off my credit so that I can purchase my home. They all ended up hanging up on me after saying some things they wanted to say first. BEWARE of these people they are out to rip you off. I will pursue this further as needed, I will not let them get away with what they are doing!!!
