$4000 contract with Northern Leasing that is useless, zero value as hooked by Ted Bradley, ProMark Concepts. Bradley paid that money and ran. NY law states that Northern is responsible for actions of their agents, in this case, out right fraud, BUT, northern leasing, hell or high water boiler plate contract langue absolves them of libablity. Yet it is on going fraud.
