A friend and I requested service from this company to help with legal divorce procedings. I ordered the services on 4/20. It is now 7 weeks later and I NEVER received ANY information, not even a progress report, neither did my friend who has now waited at least 8 - 9 weeks. This should have not been that difficult since my Ex has a unique name and according to the information here, apparently we are not the only ones who never got any services from Fred and US Record Search.
Like others, we kept hearing excuses that in some cases it takes longer. Not sure why they are still in business with this sort of track record.
