Avoid these men

I had been offered financing to cover external redecoration and weather proofing of my home. I had been informed the mortgage could be more than 10 years, but that I really could settle some or all the mortgage in a smaller period of time. After I questioned just how to create just how much I'd need to spend every month to settle the mortgage within twelve months, I had been informed to get hold of Barclays.

I've done thus: I've been informed equally they can, and they cannot, inform me just how much I've to settle; which I can, which I cannot, create that formula for myself.
