False credit rating

I'd an 80/20 mortgage in 2005 and Countrywide kept the 80% and Americais Providing Organization (ASC) kept the rest of the 20%, which equaled out to become approximately $50,000 (rough), the mortgage was created like a minute loan, but we never obtained or advanced any money in the loan, it had been not really a revolving loan.

I really received 2 words from their store saying they were going to change the reporting status to be correctly reported the loan is closed and never behind in funds!!! I've the notice, from their store, dated june... And here we're annually later, but still reporting adversely.

We dropped 3 house acquisitions as a result of this, I've created towards the credit agencies today for that very last period and today I'll talk to a lawyer, since this is really inappropriate of these to complete!!! Particularly when they sent me a notice declaring they were likely to correct the issue!!!
