This is a small company in Florida that calls innocent people through out the country with a bogus sales pitch. First they call to see if you want to sell property that is in your name, if you say "maybe". You get another call from Kimberly Feldman who gives a strong sales pitch on what your property is worth and there are many buyers looking in that particuliar area.
She offers to work with you with sending a contract on email and you give her credit card information for a $600. Fee.
Keep in mind there is no buyer to jump in to buy your property. But there "could" be. What a total rip off. We did not fall for the scam with our vacant property we bought several years ago. It is a scam to get your money with zero results from Land Transfer, Inc. (AKA: Resort Transfer, Inc.)
Who ever heard of paying upfront for a fee when there is not buyer. One only pays anything to anybody after property is sold?
