Never received loan cash

I've requested $5k mortgage with this specific organization and was informed that I'll obtain cash only if I'll spend safety deposit and management charge upfront. I have sent $625 immediately after their demand since that mortgage was required really quickly however they've never delivered me-any cash after my deposit was obtained. Next I had beennot ready to get hold of them anymore.
