Ocwen federal bank ripoff

I lost my job and called ocwen to let them know because we had signed up for the credit protection that they offer. They informed me that i never signed up with them so i did not have the protection. So i would have to enter their forbearance program onece i get behind. And they would not try to work with me at all as well as they lost a payment that i made and they just add it to my "forbearance plan". I am for a lawsuite if there is one let me know
