The WORST Company EVER! Stay Away!

We refinanced our house last July and although our refinance went through an entirely different lender, somehow we wound up with Dovenmuehle. We have VA benefits due to my military affiliation so we thought it would be easier than dealing with the "big banks". Throughout the process of refinancing, I was deployed and my wife was forced to deal with this company. From day 1 it has never been good, and awful is far too kind a word for the fiasco this company creates. They lost the Power of Attorney that allowed my wife to conduct business in my absence, they ridiculed her for not being able to provide the POA that THEY lost (I eventually had to sign and send a new one from Iraq), they repeatedly failed to provide any sort of answers or assistance for our mortgage account that they conveniently lost payments for the mortgage on more than one occasion, despite faxing the POA over 7 times they still refuse to speak with my wife (even though they can see she handled and signed all the paperwork), we are now filing for bankruptcy and they are refusing to speak with our attorney and to top it all off when I called today I was transferred to 3 different departments (customer service, bankruptcy and finally loss mitigation). Upon speaking with the rude and vulgar gentleman in loss mitigation I had finally had enough of his rudeness and requested to speak with his supervisor. His response

Was "yeah f*ing right" and he proceeded to hang up on me. I have done the research on this company and all you have to do it type them into Google.com to find hundreds of complaints similar to mine. This needs to be resolved by someone. We need help with our loan and are being refused help, therefore we will be forced into foreclosure and that is not what we want. We have just filed a BBB report, but judging from all of the complaints on here, I doubt it will go anywhere.
