Bank Money Orders
Unfair Practice

Business & Finance

I bought 2 money requests for lease within the quantity of $1980.00, delivered them via USPS. The cash orders never got there. I visited the department where these were purchased and have to possess them tracked along with a halt cost positioned on them. I usually required a reimbursement or reissue them. The department supervisor explained I'd to provide them a surety bond to ensure that possibly to be achieved. What! Yes. I have to purchase two surety bonds for that levels of the money orders to ensure that the financial institution to reissue or return my income. Putting an end fee in it was not enough to alleviate them of spending the cash orders. Iam upset at that time.

The final outcome is 5/3rd Lender won't return or reissue missing or stolen money orders (despite bills plus they are ready to find them) if you don't purchase a certainty for that quantity of the amount of money order. Did I note surety bond price approximately $200-$250 ea..

Against my gut emotions, I named a insurance company and was informed the underwriters won't create surety bond until it has been at thirty days because you submitted an end payment. Therefore at this time, 5/3rd Lender has my 1980.00. Wth.
