Payoneer prepaid mastercard has cash and retains making reasons of why they haven';t packed the cash on my bill.

05/05 may: 55 $120.00 Prepared, Est weight day on 05/11 12:00: 00 AM.

The cash is stillnot on my card by 5/12. They're saying since they delivered it towards the loaders checking account on 5/11 and it'll consider another 5-7 times to become observed about the loaders consideration. That looks fairly amusing after I simply named and talked with leaderis costumer support broker recently 5/11 about 9 am since cash $120 bucks nevertheless hadn't published on my card. The broker explained that yes they nevertheless had my cash it'd be published at 12 am that evening which may allow it to be 5/12 officially. Today they don't answer my calls.

They stole my money and that i need help please.
