CAMCO sent me a letter & made repeated calls trying to collect 15 year old debt.

NOTE to all victims. Forget the FTC! Contact the WHITE COLLAR CRIMES DIVISION of the FBI and request a Racketeering investigation.

Some collection agencies may CONSPIRE to sell and resell old debt that is not eligible to be posted at credit bureaus and then report the debt to the bureaus in order to coerce money out of people.

CONSPIRACY to violate any federal statute is a FELONY even if the crime itself is a misdemeanor or regulatory violation. Sell ing & reselling debts AND then reporting misleading information to the credit bureaus may constitute a CONTINUING CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY.

The assets of conspirators may be subject to seizure under the Racketeering laws.
