Also received this "notice" in the mail. Looked up online found this site. Was told by my Post office to bring in the notice so they can have it investigated & make others aware of it

To help others on this matter, as well as other "RIP-OFF" sweepstakes offers, take the notice to your Post office & let them know it is a scam. Mine told me to bring it down & they would have it investigated, and post it to make others aware of it.
